of Blackpool Tower. 100 tons to enclose tower, 8 hour shifts, could not cope
with plastic and closed in 1975, chimney demolished

South Kenton
station. 3rd July 1933. Between Kenton
and North Wembley on the Bakerloo Line and also on London Overground into
Euston. 1933 London Midland and Scottish.
Also Bakerloo Line. Built to solve problems of rapidly growing residential
area, wayside station on a restricted site
