Pillbox In the corner of a field at the junction with Reigate Road (A240).An octagonal brick and concrete structure with much of its roof missing, the entrance is on the north-west face. Dilapidated and overgrown, it now appears to be used by sheep.
Pillbox. A typical brick and concrete, octagonal shaped building with the entrance in its north-east face. Situated at the northern side of the railway embankment 160m south-west of the Drift Bridge. A hollow section in the centre of the roof may have been for an observation post or a light anti aircraft gun.
Roadblocks. Sixteen 4ft (1.2m) concrete cubes, near the junction ofA240/A2022 in the undergrowth on the north-east and north-west sides of the Drift Bridge.

Railway Line
Drift Bridge. Many proposals for a railway station here. In 1989 a single platform was provided. Still called Epsom Downs Station. Single track only with a twee two storey station building provided by the developer – plus some bits of the original station, ie the canopy and supporting posts.
