Barrow Lane
The Boundary Bank which divides inheritance areas joins the lane by Elm Lodge and then continues along it to Halstead hill
Broadfield Farm. The farm was part of the Theobald’s Estate. The farmhouse is 19th in yellow stock brick. Barn is 17th timber framed and weather boarded with five entrances.  A large mound south of the farm buildings, may, or may not, be the barrow mentioned in the road name
Footpath to the farm is on the line of the wall which went round Theobald’s Estate in 1621.
