This was another medieval estate once owed by St, Albans Abbey. The Estate was sold for development in 1935 and the mid-Georgian house demolished in the 1950s. The site seems to be somewhere nears the end of today’s Williams Way. The extensive woodlands cover appears to have been planted post-1960
