Merton and Sutton cemetery. Built in 1947 by Merton, Morden and Carshalton councils. Biggest cemetery built post war in the GLC area, all straight lines; beech should soften the landscape in time. Chapels. Stripped classical chapel by Albert Thomas.
Sewage works - now a housing estate in American colonial style (!)
Mayflower Park - hyped up park area which is part of the ghastly new development on the sewage works site.
