The London/Surrey/Sutton boundary comes across the edge the Banstead Downs crosses Sutton Lane and reaches the Brighton Road. It then turns south down the Brighton Road to the roundabout when it then turns southwest to follow the edge of the downs.
Area to the north of the small Surrey town of Banstead. Some 20th century housing alongside open space on the Downs.
